Thank you for purchasing our theme. We're as excited as you are about the possibilities before you. Finally, its going to be far less complicated to make your WordPress website pages look and feel the way you want them. We built this theme for everyone. It is perfect for newcomers to creating a WordPress site. Code is only poetry to people who know what it all means. To everyone else it is a strange and very foreign language. We get that and built everybody's requests right into the front end options. For all our seasoned WordPress pros, we know how frustrating it can be trying to finish a client's project. We think you're about to discover you can go from start to finish faster than ever and produce a smashing looking site in far less time than you ever thought possible.
Note: Be sure to refer to the information outlined in the following documentation for the casaRoyal theme while building your new site. We have explained much of what you need to know to create great looking pages easily using the features built into the theme with you in mind. If you cannot locate the answer here, sign up for our support forum. We do not answer support questions on Theme Forest neither via email.
Before you attempt to upload your theme you must unzip the downloaded folder. Why? The extra files it contains can cause strange issues to occur in your theme's functionality. Only upload the inner zip folder and only install your theme through the WordPress admin installer located under "Appearance" → "Themes" → "Install".
After the theme has been nstallet click on "Activate".
If this way to install the theme fails, we recommend to use FTP. Open your FTP client and move to your WordPress installation path. Drag & Drop the "theme" folder into the following path:
wp-content/themes/
Now go to your "Dashboard" → "Appearance" → Theme and activate the theme.
Follow the top banner instructions and install/activate the recommended plugins available for free from WordPress.org or that are included with the theme.

To run quick setup wizard go to Appearance → casaRoyal Quick Setup Wizard.
On second step the wizard will setup the required pages.
The third step regards monetization, in case your website is a real estate marketplace.
On fourth step you will select the number of properties o page and other tweeks.
On fifth step you will can import demo.
Thats it. It shoudln't take longer than 5 minutes. Actually I run a cronometer and it took me from installing the theme to final step on quick setup wizard 4 minutes and 30 seconds :)
casaRoyal Theme uses WordPress Customizer for theme settings. You can access it in two ways:

The pages are generated and saved in right location during the Quick Setup Wizard. In case you skipped the step you can setup them in Appearance → Customize → casaRoyal: Pages.
Front end submit listing page.
You can charge for listing submission. For details check Monetization chapter.
Featured listings will appear first on archive listings page and on search page and with casaRoyal shortcode you can show featured listings anywere on website, like on homepage.

To have monetization working you need to install WooCommerce.
casaRoyal Monetization works with WooCommerce as account funds. The payments for featured listing and promoted listing is recurent payment and is deducted from account funds daily. You can charge on time fee for submit listings.
To setup price just go to Appearance → Customize → casaRoyal: Monetization. Enable the monetization and add the prices ( only digits ), the currency is set in woocommerce as this feature works only with woocommerce installed.
Here you can also enable pending admin review option.
Users will can topup their account funds from Account Funds page located under Hi, Username menu button from main menu. This is a casaRoyal required page. For details about them see section pages.
On Active Advertised Listings you will have all your featured / promoted listings and the daily cost. This is a casaRoyal required page. For details about them see section pages.
Admins are not charged even the monetization is enabled.
Capture Leads with casaRoyal built in notification center. Only registered users can add filter sets and get notified when a new listing that meets their criteria is added. Than can opt to get notified by email about new notifications. Also, they can add as many sets they want.
You as admin can see users subscribers sets on Notifications Subscribers. For more details check Notifications Subscribers section. This is a casaRoyal required page. For details about them see section pages.
This page is for admins only, no one else can see it. Here you have the subcribers sets. This is a casaRoyal required page. For details about them see section pages.
Pefretto theme has built in an extensive compare page. Visitors can maximum 3 listings to compare. This is a casaRoyal required page. For details about them see section pages.
Only registered users can add listings to My Favorites page. This is a casaRoyal required page. For details about them see section pages.
On this page users can popup their account funds.
On this page you will have all your featured / promoted listings and the daily cost. This is a casaRoyal required page. For details about them see section pages.
On this page, admins will see the pending review listings and will can approve/reject them. Admin will have to select the agent info first. This page appear if pending review option is enabled from Appearance → Customize → casaRoyal: Monetization
To have a property appear on slider go and edit the property in back end -> scroll to "Property" -> Open Homepage Slider tab and there check "Yes" and select the image for slider.
casaRoyal comes with 31 shortcodes and all of them are comaptible with Visual Composer.
casaRoyal is fully translation ready.
To start the translation we recommend to use the following plugin Codestyling Localization (https://wordpress.org/plugins/codestyling-localization/) to be installed in your WordPress.
After activating the plugin go to:
- Tools
- Localization
- find: casaRoyal - Premium Real Estate WordPress Theme
- choose: Add New Language
- choose Language
- create po-file
- do a "rescan"
We constantly develop new features and releasing new Updates for this theme. After downloading the latest Version we recommend to push the "rescan" button and fill out the new items.
Afterwards we recommend to use one of the following plugins to translate your page and posts.
